As a standard the belts are supplied in POM for beverage and in Ac or PP,especially for direct food contact.We can offer two curve guiding systems:RBT guiding uses Tabs undermeath the belt to hold the belt down while running through the curve. Often the tabscan also beused to hang the belt in the return part of the conveyor.RB (belt without Tabs) is suitable for the conventional guiding method,supporting the belt on its inner radius. The belt is helddown in the curve by a wearstrip on top of the belt or by runningthrough a U-channel. This method can also be applied in thereturn part. The RB executions are also suitable for low-tensionspiral applications.
